Lindsay Charles obtained her law degree from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy. Lindsay has great passion for advocating on behalf of injured victims and their family members. Her practice is devoted exclusively to plaintiffs’ personal injury and wrongful death cases, including occupiers’ liability, products liability, and disability benefits claims.

Lindsay is currently a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. She sits on the board of the Brain Injury Association of Durham. Lindsay also dedicates her time to volunteering with Cycle Toronto, Spinal Cord Injury Ontario and the Brain Injury Society of Toronto.

In her free time, Lindsay loves to travel, ski, and spend time in the Muskokas.
