Leonard H. Kunka
Leonard Kunka graduated from the University of Toronto with a B.A. in 1980 and from Osgoode Hall Law School. He was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1985. Leonard is a member of The Advocates’ Society, The Canadian Bar Association, The Medico-Legal Society of Toronto, The Metropolitan Toronto Lawyers Association and The American Association for Justice.
Leonard’s father suffered a devastating traumatic brain injury many years ago. Living with a family member who was recovering from a traumatic brain injury has given Leonard a unique understanding of the challenges faced by an individual with a head injury. This experience created in Leonard, a compassionate and empathetic approach to representing injured persons and their families.
Leonard’s peers have identified Leonard as a leading practitioner in the area of Personal Injury Litigation, and he has gained the distinction of being listed in The Best Lawyers in Canada publication, and Lexpert.
