Before joining Oatley Vigmond, Thomas practiced at a prominent Toronto insurance defence firm, where he represented insurance companies in motor vehicle accident litigation and other insurance-related disputes. That experience gave him a strong understanding of defence strategies, and the challenges injured individuals often face when pursuing fair compensation. Today, he applies that perspective exclusively on behalf of plaintiffs, developing strategic, client-focused solutions for every case.
