Jordan Kofman
Jordan takes deep satisfaction in advocating for those who have been affected by serious personal injuries. His practice focuses on motor vehicle collisions, occupiers’ liability, product liability, municipal liability, medical malpractice, wrongful death, accident benefits, and long-term disability claims.
Jordan joined Oatley Vigmond as an articling student in 2014 and became an associate lawyer following his call to the bar in June 2015. He completed his undergraduate degree—an honours double major in political science and philosophy—from Western University, then worked as policy advisor for the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services before earning his law degree from Queen’s University in 2014. Jordan has frequently appeared in both the Superior Court of Justice and Ontario Court of Justice. In his spare time, Jordan enjoys golfing, downhill skiing, road cycling, and fishing. Jordan is also an avid NFL and Toronto Blue Jays fan.
