Daniel Klein
Daniel Klein received his Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto after beginning his law degree at the University of Ottawa. He previously graduated Summa Cum Laude from York University’s Honours Bachelor of Arts program, with a major in Economics. While in law school, Daniel volunteered with Pro Bono Law Ontario at the Superior Court of Justice and was an executive member of the Peer Mentorship Program. He was also a caseworker in the Tenant Housing division of Downtown Legal Services where he represented clients at the Landlord and Tenant Board.
Daniel is a personal injury lawyer. His practice is devoted to personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip or trip and falls, accident benefits, tavern/commercial host liability and dog bite claims. His practice revolves around understanding the personal needs of his clients and diligently advocating on their behalf. He has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Justice, the License Appeal Tribunal and other tribunals.
Prior to joining the firm, Daniel was an associate at a boutique personal injury firm from 2015, and previously summered and articled at a litigation and corporate/commercial firm.
Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active within his community and working on his tennis game.
