Personal Injury Alliance lawyers have been inducted as Fellows by the Litigation Counsel of America and the American College of Trial Lawyers.

SUPPORTING INFORMATION:

The Litigation Counsel of America is an invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society that exists to:

Recognize deserving, experienced, and highly qualified lawyers.
Provide an outlet for scholarly authorship of legal articles on trial and litigation practice.
Provide additional sources for professional development, to promote superior advocacy and ethical standards in the practice of law.
Assist in community involvement by its membership, and to advance a superior judiciary.

WHY IT MATTERS

Membership is limited to 3,500 Fellows. Lawyers are selected and invited into the Fellowship after being evaluated on their effectiveness and accomplishments in litigation and trial work, along with ethical reputation.

THE AMERICAN COLLEGE OF TRIAL LAWYERS

The American College of Trial Lawyers recognizes the best from the courtroom bars in the United States and Canada. The three-fold mission of the College is to maintain and improve the following:

The standards of trial practice
The administration of justice
The ethics of the profession

WHY IT MATTERS

The College’s Fellows are chosen strictly by invitation and only after rigorous investigation. Fellowship is limited to one per cent of the lawyers in any individual State, to those lawyers who have distinguished themselves in trial practice for at least 15 years, not only as skilled trial lawyers who are recognized by judges and practitioners as the very best in their states or provinces, but as persons whose ethics, moral standards, collegiality, and community standing are exemplary.
