Together the firms of the Personal Injury Alliance have successfully recovered in excess of one billion dollars for clients.
A billion dollars in recoveries across three firms represents thousands of individual cases – brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, catastrophic impairments, wrongful deaths – where the compensation secured directly funded the lifetime care, rehabilitation, and financial stability of injured people and their families.
Individual results within that total include the largest spinal cord injury judgment in Canadian history ($24 million, Gordon v. Greig, 2007), an $18.4 million brain injury award described at the time as the largest personal injury judgment in Canada, and a $7 million jury verdict in Little v. Floyd Sinton Ltd. that was 14 times the amount the insurer offered to settle.
The cumulative figure reflects decades of trial preparation, peer-reviewed expertise, and a consistent refusal to accept inadequate settlements on behalf of clients with catastrophic, life-altering injuries.
