Kate Mazzucco has dedicated her practice to representing people who have been seriously injured or lost a loved one due to the fault of another. Kate graduated from the University of Toronto with a degree in kinesiology, giving her a great understanding of the severity of her client’s injuries and impairments, and what exactly that means for her client’s future.
Kate is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, the Advocate’s Society, and the Ontario Trial Lawyers’ Association. Kate has written papers for the Law Society of Upper Canada’s Continuing Legal Education Program for lawyers, as well as for health care providers in Ontario. Kate is also involved with Kids at Play, an organization that promotes reduced speed limits in areas frequented by children. Another organization close to Kate’s heart is the annual BIST Run, Walk and Roll, which helps support those living with traumatic brain injuries.
In her spare time, Kate enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
