David R. Neill
David Neill graduated from the University of Guelph with a B.A. in 1969 and from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1972. He was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1974.
David is a member of The Advocates’ Society, The Canadian Bar Association and the Medico-Legal Society of Toronto. He is a past Director of The Ontario Brain Injury Association (OBIA).
David is one of Canada’s most experienced personal injury litigators and clients with catastrophic injuries can count on a sympathetic and objective appraisal when they meet with him. David has a distinctive background, from having defended insurance companies for the first 15 years of his practice. Now, he works almost exclusively to help the injured, mostly motor vehicle accident victims, secure compensation for their pain and suffering.
David is recognized as an expert in Personal Injury Litigation in both the Canadian Legal Lexpert® Directory and in the Best Lawyers in Canada® publication. He has an AV® Preeminent™ overall rating of 5.0 out of 5 in the Martindale Hubbell International Law Directory and is a member of the Litigation Counsel of America.
