Shane completed his articles with Oatley Vigmond prior to his call to the Ontario Bar in 2009. While obtaining his LLB at the University of Western Ontario, Shane worked for AthletesCAN as a program manager for Sport Solution, a free service providing legal advocacy to Canadian amateur athletes. Shane has also earned a BPHE from the University of Toronto, and an MSc from St. Thomas University in Miami.
Shane is committed to representing clients who have suffered serious injuries as a result of motor vehicle accidents, occupiers’ liability, accident benefits and medical malpractice. He is devoted to helping clients achieve the best possible outcome.
Shane enjoys being involved in cases with complex and novel issues that require thinking outside the box and investigating the best ways to overcome the complex issue, “anything that allows me to explore my inner private detective”. He expresses that working for people who truly need his help, and actually having the ability to make a difference in their lives, is the best part about his job.
When Shane isn’t practicing personal injury law, he enjoys being active with his family in any way that he can whether it is downhill skiing, hockey, or participating in water sports. He is also an avid music fan who loves to attend concerts.
