David MacDonald was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1991. David acts primarily for children and adults who have suffered severe brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputation injuries and severe orthopedic injuries in car accidents or pedestrian-car accidents.

David has 22 years of experience representing survivors of personal injury and their families. This has given David a unique knowledge of the most accomplished rehabilitation professionals who dedicate themselves to help injury survivors pursue the highest level of function and recovery. David’s passion and strength are to pursue and gain immediate funding from auto insurers to ensure each client receives the best treatment and the best opportunity to recover and return to an active, engaged and meaningful quality of life.

In 2003, the Minister of Finance of Ontario selected David MacDonald from all personal injury lawyers in the province of Ontario as the authorized legal representative for injured persons, and appointed him to be a member of the Executive Committee to the Superintendent of Insurance for the Province of Ontario’s Auto Reforms Implementation Committee. David advocates to the government of Ontario on behalf of persons injured in motor vehicle accidents.
