Lindsay Charles received a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Science from McMaster Univeristy in 2006. She received a law degree from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy in 2013. Lindsay first joined McLeish Orlando as an articling student and later joined as an Associate after her call to the bar.
During her tenure she realized her passion for advocating on behalf of injured victims and their family members. Her practice is devoted exclusively to plaintiffs’ personal injury and wrongful death cases, including occupiers’ liability, products liability, and disability benefits claims.
Lindsay is currently a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. She also dedicates her time to volunteering with Cycle Toronto, Spinal Cord Injury Ontario and the Brain Injury Society of Toronto.
