Azin obtained an undergraduate degree in International Relations and Economics at the University of Toronto, her Juris Doctorate from the University of Ottawa in 2010 and was called to the bar in 2011. Azin joined the Oatley Vigmond team in 2012 and is proud to be a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, The Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, and The Advocates’ Society.
Azin is committed to helping personal injury victims, and their loved ones, achieve the best possible outcomes. Her practice focuses solely on personal injury law, including accident benefits, motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, occupier’s liability, and product liability cases.
Azin finds that the most gratifying aspect of personal injury law is the people she gets to work for. She enjoys meeting the clients, listening to their experiences and being able to offer them assistance.
When asked what she enjoys most about practicing personal injury law, Azin responds “You never know what to expect. There is so much to learn, as personal injury law is constantly evolving. Beyond learning the facts and the complexities of the law, you learn and bear witness to the resilience of humanity.” Azin continues to state that “[personal injury] work can be emotionally charged and can also be extremely rewarding”.
Azin also speaks Farsi.
