David R. Tenszen
David Tenszen graduated from Trinity College at the University of Toronto with a B.A. degree in 1981 and from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1986 and was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1988.
He is a member of The Advocates’ Society, The Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, The Metropolitan Toronto Lawyers Association and The Medico-Legal Society of Toronto.
David represents accident victims and disabled persons in personal injury and disability insurance litigation. He has appeared on behalf of clients at all levels of court, including the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
David is a past director of the Brain Injury Association of Toronto and has lectured at programs organized by the Canadian Institute, the Brain Injury Associations of Niagara, Sault Ste. Marie, Sudbury, and Ottawa and other medical, rehabilitation and insurance industry associations.
